## Rules questions

### Can I use one Upgrade card to upgrade the same cube twice (e.g., yellow → red → green)?

Yes — an Upgrade 2 card may upgrade one cube twice in sequence or upgrade two different cubes once each; you may choose how to apply the two upgrades (it is not mandatory to upgrade two different cubes). (page 2)

### When I acquire a Merchant card, where do the cubes I pay go and do I pay from the supply or my caravan?

You pay by placing any cube(s) from your caravan onto each Merchant card to the left of the one you are acquiring (the leftmost merchant is free), and when you take the acquired card you also take any cubes that were on that card back onto your caravan. (page 2)

### Can I Rest and then Play a card in the same turn so I get my cards back and still act?

No — on your turn you must choose exactly one action: Play, Acquire, Rest, or Claim, so if you Rest that consumes your entire turn (Rest returns all previously played cards to your hand). (pages 1–2)

### If I have enough cubes, can I repeat a Trade card's exchange multiple times in one play?

Yes — a Trade card may be executed as many times in a row as you have the required cubes, so you can repeat the trade 2, 3, etc. times as long as you can pay each repetition. (page 2)

### Do I get a gold or silver token when I claim the leftmost or second-leftmost Point card, and what happens if the gold pile runs out?

Yes — claiming the leftmost or second-leftmost Point card grants you one gold or silver token from above that card; if the last gold token is taken, slide the silver pile so it is now above the leftmost point card. (page 2)

### When does the game end and how are final points calculated (especially gold, silver, and cubes)?

When a player takes their fifth Point card (or sixth in a 2–3 player game), the round finishes and the game ends; score each player's Point cards, gold tokens (3 points each), silver tokens (1 point each), and remaining cubes (each non-yellow cube is 1 point). (page 2)
