## Rules questions

### If I spend Workers on a Public Action, do those Workers stay on the board and block others?

No — Workers spent on Public Actions are returned immediately to the general supply and do not occupy or block action spaces (see pg. 9 and Frequently Overlooked Rules, pg. 19).

### Can I place two tiles with the same name in my Park or place Dino Paddocks next to each other?

No — you may never have two tiles with the exact same name in your Park, and Dino Paddocks may not be placed adjacent to another Paddock (placement rules, pg. 10; summary, pg. 19).

### When I Gather DNA, can I take more than one die or multiply the result by spending multiple Workers?

You may select only one DNA die per Gather action, but you may spend 1–3 Workers to multiply the DNA printed on that single die (gain = die results × number of Workers), then return the die to the bag (Gather DNA, pg. 9; note, pg. 19).

### Do I need a Worker to activate a Dino Paddock, and how does the Danger roll work if there are multiple dinos?

Dino Paddocks do not require a Worker to activate but must have at least one Dino present; when activating a Paddock you roll one Danger die matching the dino type once, and each skull rolled gives you one Death token (activating Dino Paddocks, pg. 16).

### What if activating a Special Building or Paddock would result in negative Excitement — can I still activate it?

If the Excitement total (printed value minus Boredom) is negative you must spend that amount of Excitement to activate the tile, and if you don’t have enough Excitement you may not activate it (Step 2 Gain/Spend Excitement, pg. 15; reminders, pg. 19).

### How are Death tokens resolved and how do Coins convert to VP at game end?

At game end the player with the fewest Death tokens discards all theirs and every other player discards that many; remaining Deaths then cost VP according to the Death→VP table, and separately you score 1 VP per 5 Coins you have left (scoring & game end, pg. 17).
