## Rules questions

### How does the energy die and plugin markers work — who moves them and when do modules activate?

The active player moves the energy die along the energy track according to energy gained or spent, and when the die passes or lands on plugin markers those plugged modules activate; cupreous pipes and Extension Workshop effects modify movement or activation as described (p.9).

### Can I place my tool on an action space that's already taken? What about overtime or Gardenbot/overcharge?

You cannot place a tool on an already-occupied action space unless you use the overtime option (or a specific Gardenbot/overcharge exception); overtime and Gardenbot placement follow the placement and cost rules in the Tool Phase (p.10–11).

### Where can I place soil tiles and flowerbeds — are there adjacency or other placement restrictions?

Soil and flowerbed placement must follow the placement restrictions on your Platform and the tile rules (no overlapping, allowed spaces only), and some placements grant bonuses or are blocked by barricades as explained with examples (p.12).

### How do deliveries to the airport freight containers work, and can I use the warehouse instead?

To deliver you place flowers into an available airport freight container during the delivery step (or use Gardenbot help), score according to the container, and the warehouse trade is an alternate action that follows its own rules for exchanging flowers (p.13, p.16).

### Can I chain actions from modules, blueprints, or workshops — when do free module or Extension Workshop actions trigger?

Chained actions are allowed when one action explicitly provides another action as a result; free module and Extension Workshop actions are taken in the specified step when their trigger conditions are met and follow the timing rules in the Tool and Crafting phases (p.14–16).

### How do forests get planted and grown, and when do they give oxygen or scoring?

During the Forest Phase you first plant then grow forests following placement and reline rules; immediate effects trigger on placement, and oxygen/income from forests is resolved in the Income Phase together with end-of-round scoring (p.19–21).
