## Rules questions

### Can I move an Adventurer onto a tile that will be removed during Rising Waters later in the same turn?

Yes — you may move there during your Action phase, but if that tile is removed during Rising Waters any Adventurers or Creatures on it are placed on the Water space you just revealed and Effect tiles are applied immediately (see rulebook pages 3 and 5).

### How many times can one Adventurer swim in a single turn?

Each Adventurer can be moved by swimming only once per turn; however Ability tiles (for example the Dolphin ability) can move Swimmers additionally (see rulebook pages 4 and 8).

### How do I "control" a Raft so I can move it?

To control a Raft you must have at least as many of your Adventurers on board as any opponent; only controlled or empty Rafts may be moved to an adjacent Water space with no Raft (see rulebook page 4). If a Raft enters a space with more Adventurers than available spots, the active player chooses who boards (see page 7).

### If a Sea Serpent/Shark/Kaiju moves onto my Adventurers or Raft, what happens?

Creatures interact differently: Sea Serpents eliminate Rafts and all Adventurers (including Swimmers); Sharks eliminate Swimmers; Kaijus eliminate Rafts, push Adventurers onto adjacent spaces and displace Creatures; a Creature immediately stops when it enters a space with Elements it interacts with (see rulebook page 6).

### When do I remove two tiles instead of one during Rising Waters?

If you have no Adventurers left to be rescued at the beginning of your turn, you remove 2 tiles instead of 1 during the Rising Waters phase (see rulebook page 5).

### Can multiple Creatures share the same space? What about Kaijus?

Several Creatures can occupy the same space except Kaijus; nothing can enter a Kaiju space except another Kaiju, which immediately displaces the first (see rulebook page 6).
