In a gothic city consumed by a plague of monstrous beasts, hunters pursue the secrets of the Great Ones and confront the nightmares spreading through the waking world. Players work together through branching campaign scenarios, exploring the city, uncovering clues, completing objectives, and fighting enemies with weapons that transform between two forms. Combat uses action cards, allowing hunters to plan attacks, movement, and defense while managing limited resources and adapting to the consequences of their choices.
