- Base
- The VP you scored during the game — from VP actions, buying VP, and spending over your cash limit at $10 per VP.
- Remaining money
- Exchange the money you have left at $6 per VP. It is worth finishing on a character with a high cash limit like the Banker, since the last round has only one action space selling VP at the good price of $5 each, and the fight for it is fierce.
- Buildings & mountains
- 2 VP for each building, House or Townhouse and mountain you own. A building bought but never built — still in your personal supply — scores nothing, and nor does an empty property tile.
- The Teacher
- If you own the Teacher on its red side: 2 VP for each School, Prison or Church you own, and 2 VP more if you own no Saloon at all.
- The Train Station
- If you own the Train Station: 1 VP for every two House symbols in the entire city, rounded down.
