Chile 73

A two-phase political and military simulation set during the 1973 crisis in Chile. In the Pre-Coup phase, players secretly support or oppose President Salvador Allende, recruit civilian, paramilitary, and military units, and use investigation, infiltration, and disruption actions while preparing for a bid for power. Once a coup is declared, play shifts to open conflict. Players choose sides and maneuver forces across an area-movement map of downtown Santiago, fighting to control key locations. Hidden agendas remain secret until the end, when players reveal their plans and score accordingly.
