City Lockup
A fortified city watch guardhouse serves as a temporary holding site for suspects and convicted criminals. Cells occupy three wings around an inner courtyard, while a moat and single wooden bridge restrict access. The courtyard can be used to erect a gallows, and the building’s narrow barred windows, guard rooms, towers, and concealed entrances define the setting.
