Given Up for Dead
Hold out at Wake Island against an overwhelming Japanese invasion force in the opening days of World War II. In this solitaire game, play as the outnumbered American defenders, revealing Invasion Attempt counters and placing enemy ships Out of Action to earn Victory Points. The invasion is unlikely to be defeated completely, so success depends on making the Japanese victory as costly as possible.
