- Scoring pad
- The scoring pad's 11 categories
- 1/5 Dollars
- 1 victory point for every 5 dollars you own.
- Private buildings
- The victory points printed on each of your private building tiles standing on the game board.
- City crests
- The victory points your discs have unlocked on the city crests, subtracting the negative ones — a negative total is possible. With Rails to the North, each of your discs on the San Francisco crest is worth 2 points per bell space you have completely cleared on your auxiliary add-on.
- Train stations
- The victory points printed beside each train station holding a disc of yours.
- Hazard tiles
- The victory points printed on each hazard tile you collected.
- Cattle cards
- Search your draw stack, hand and discard pile for every cattle card carrying victory points and total them.
- Objective cards
- Find every objective card still in your deck and decide for each whether to remove it from the game or add it to your objective area now, without using its immediate action. Then add the positive points of every card in your objective area whose tasks are all fulfilled and subtract the negative points of every card that is not. A negative total is possible.
- Station master tiles
- The points from the individual task on each station master tile in front of you, independent of any objective card: 1 point per worker in your worker section, the printed ones included; 3 per 2 objective cards in your objective area, fulfilled or not; 3 per 2 hazard tiles of any kind in front of you; 3 per pair of one green and one blue teepee tile; and 3 per 2 certificates, permanent or temporary.
- Workers on 5th/6th
- 4 victory points for each worker on the fifth or sixth space of any row of your worker section.
- Cleared disc space
- 3 victory points if you cleared that disc space during the game.
- Job market token
- 2 victory points if the job market token is in front of you.
