A deadly disease known as Pestis has plunged the harbour city of Fontaine into chaos. Those infected become increasingly sensitive to pain before losing their reason and turning violent. In this one-page adventure, the party is infected and enters the city with a rudimentary antidote. They investigate the disease’s source, manage their progressing illness, and decide whether the chief medical officer’s treatment can be trusted.
