- During the game
- Where your OP marker stands when the last round ends.
- Progress cubes
- 1, 2, 4, 7 or 11 OP for having 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 Progress cubes in the Progress area — the same scale used when advancing the colony level.
- Ships
- 3 OP for each Ship still in your Hangar.
- Colonists
- Return every Colonist from your side of the board and your Working Area to your Living Quarters, filling its slots from the bottom up and putting any excess in your personal supply. Score the number printed beside your highest placed Colonist.
- Technology
- Each Tech tile in your Laboratory scores the OP printed below the column it sits in.
- Advanced Buildings
- 3 OP for each Level 1 Advanced Building and 5 OP for each Level 3. Then lose 3 OP for every unbuilt Level 1 Blueprint and 5 OP for every unbuilt Level 3 — enter the total, which can be negative.
- Scientists
- Each Scientist you hired scores 3 OP for every Advanced Building of the types it names anywhere on Mars, no matter who built it.
- Earth Contracts
- Gain or lose the OP shown on each Earth Contract card according to whether you completed it. You may move Resources and Crystals onto contracts now.
