- Base
- Where your Scoring token stands on the score track, counting each +50 marker you have laid down.
- Rivers
- 4 points for every river your Explorer crossed on the Exploration board.
- 1/5 Doubloons
- 1 point for every 5 doubloons you have left.
- Improvements
- All the points shown in the top right corner of each Improvement you acquired.
- Improvement conditions
- The conditional points on the grey scroll of every Improvement carrying the endgame scoring icon.
- Residences
- The conditional points of each Residence your Residence token sits on. A single Residence can never score more than the 24 or 25 points printed on it.
- Treasures
- Every Treasure you hold, buried or not, is worth an amount set by the Markers left on its own Treasure Island: 2 points each at 0-2 Markers, 3 at 3-4, 4 at 5-6, and 5 at 7 or more.
- Buried treasure
- 2 more points for every Treasure you buried.
- Quests
- Reveal all your Quest cards. Each has a top and a bottom condition, and scores the points of the highest one you met or exceeded. Quests may share the things that satisfy them, so one Crew Improvement can count for every Quest that asks for Crew.
- Six Quests scored
- 10 more points if you scored points from at least 6 Quest cards.
