Beer Mug Dice

Players take the role of an innkeeper running rounds at a boisterous tavern, with beer-barrel “dice” rolled from a cup and two special barrels that double or cancel values. Each round a different player is the innkeeper who rolls nine barrel pieces and only counts those that remain standing. After the first roll, the other players secretly play numbered bid cards. The innkeeper may reroll, manipulate barrel values, or stop, then players reveal and total their bids. If the innkeeper’s total is lower than the guests’ sum, the innkeeper keeps the beer and the highest-bid guest loses points; if higher, each guest scores their played card and the innkeeper keeps the remainder. Play continues until a player reaches the target score, and the highest score wins.

Nice dice push-your-luck/bluffing semi-coop filler with a catchy mental meta. We feel like a bit underrated. Simple rules, some may need 2 turns to catch up with the scoring rules, but summarizing, EZ . We didn't found scoring a pain at all All together, whether as Bartender or Customer role, you have interesting strategies and it generates thrill and laughs among the players. Due to the shape of the mugs, the bast way to roll is to stomp the barrel onto the table and then uncover, like usually done in dice poker. The rulebook should tell how to roll
