How each category scores

Points on the track
Where your point marker already stands. Blue points were scored during the game, gaining the rewards on bonus spaces as you passed them; purple points are the ones added below and pay no bonuses. Past 50 the track wraps around and pays nothing a second time.
Progress track
The lowest points still visible on your progress track — the value in its lowest vacant space.
Unlocked technologies
The points shown on the technologies you unlocked on your tribe board.
Large locations
Each large location where you have a population figure pays what its tile lists: the number in the space holding your green, yellow or grey machine track marker, and then per energy marker, per slot module, per large building you built, per population marker you placed, per population marker in a large location, per card in your active area, slots and resting area — never starting cards — and per unique water space you have collected a reward from.
End game card bonus
If you unlocked the end game card bonus on a machine track, 2 points per card of the colour shown. Starting cards do not count.
End game tile
4 points to the player holding the end game tile.
Minor artifacts
2 points for each minor artifact — the ones collected after the end of the game was triggered.
Remaining resources
1 point for every 5 resources you still have, rounded down.
Artifact card & majors
Score all three categories on your artifact card once, then score each category once more for every major artifact of that colour you collected. The categories count crates used and unused, energy markers, every 2 slot modules rounded down, population markers placed in small and large locations, progress markers removed from your tribe board, flask symbols on your machines, slot modules and cards including the resting area, cards excluding starting cards, unique water spaces you took a reward from, and unique crystal symbols next to your buildings, each crystal only once however many buildings touch it.
