ludoya.comHow each category scores
- Dice Sum
- Reveal every die you own — in your supply, on your Player Board and in your Bag — and work out your sum by deducting your White Dice from your coloured Dice. The lowest sum places their Player Marker on the lowest space of the black banner, the next lowest on the next space and so on, and each space pays the victory points printed on it. Tied players still fill the lowest spaces and share those points between them: three players tied for first in a four-player game each score (6+4+2) ÷ 3 = 4.
- Retired Translators
- The victory points printed on the Translators retired under your Player Board.
- Guilds
- Victory points for every Guild you control — the player with the most Influence in a Guild holds its Minaret.
- Caliph Card Influence
- Victory points for your Influence on the top and middle spaces of the Caliph Cards.
- Research Tracks
- Score each of your 6 Research Markers by where it finished: 5 points at level 7, 4 at level 6, 3 at level 5, 2 at levels 3-4 and 1 at levels 1-2.
- Scroll Cards
- Score every Scroll Card above your Player Board. Cards scoring from the same condition — the same die colour, the same Scroll language — each pay in full, so doubling down on one condition is deliberate.
