Publisher's description: The game of Steal was inspired by British crime films, so it is hardly surprising that we have chosen to set our game in the UK, and London in particular. In Steal, the characters are a group of young misfits, seeking to make their way in the London crime scene. However, all of the rules and most of the GM’s advice will apply no matter where your game is set. As long as a GM can find relevant source material, Steal may be set anywhere.
