- Leader bonuses
- 1 point for each sector where you were the first — or tied for first — to submit the correct theory about the object there.
- Correct theories
- Each correct theory you submitted: asteroids 2 points, comets 3, gas clouds 4, dwarf planets 4.
- Locating Planet X
- 10 points if you were the first to locate Planet X correctly. If you located it correctly but not first, count how many sectors back your pawn is from the first finder's — 1 to 5 — and score 2 points per sector, so 2 to 10.
