- Dragon Guild
- The points from your markers on the Dragon Guild tile.
- Dragons
- The VP printed on the visible dragons on your player mat — never those in hand or tucked.
- End-game abilities
- The points from the end-game abilities on the visible dragons on your mat, again never those in hand or tucked.
- Eggs
- 1 VP per egg, unless a card says otherwise.
- Cached resources
- 1 VP per cached resource, unless a card says otherwise.
- Tucked cards
- 1 VP per card tucked under a dragon, unless a card says otherwise.
- Public objectives
- The VP printed on the space your marker occupies for each round's objective. Ties are friendly — everyone tied at a level takes the full VP for it, and the next player down takes the following place.
- Coins and leftover items
- 1 VP per coin you have left, plus 1 VP for every 4 other items left over — resources, dragon cards and cave cards in any combination, rounded down.
