The world lives under the rule of a conquering empire that claims to have brought peace, prosperity, and progress through magic and military power. Players take the roles of resistance heroes from its subjugated nations and work together against imperial tyranny and exploitation. This Fate Core supplement includes setting material on the empire and its subject nations, character and nation-building subsystems, flexible magic rules, a replay demonstrating the system, and scenarios set in the frozen northern region of Hiberia. Fate Core is required to use it.
