The bleak reality was in front of everyone: we had already lost the war, with barely a fight. 1540 Salt War is a short, third party campaign for Forbidden Psalm set during the 1540 salt war between the city of Perugia and Pope Paul III. A minor squabble with barely any mention in history books. It requires a copy of Forbidden Psalm to play. The campaign includes: Rules for Enemy units. War in the 16th century is a personal affair.
