A noir-horror expansion for 5150: New Beginnings, combining gothic influence, science-fiction conspiracy, and survival horror. Players can take the role of Vampire Stars, feeding, manipulating, or infecting others while navigating faction intrigue among rival powers. The expansion includes rules for Thralls, new monsters, Dreamscape and Memory Dive scenarios, and a five-mission campaign involving infiltration, psychic constructs, and the Echo-9 cloning laboratories. It is compatible with other 5150 titles.
