This campaign supplement expands the dark fantasy setting of Shadows over Vathak, where humanity struggles to survive against the abominations known as the Old Ones and the corruption surrounding them. It provides Game Masters with new locations, monsters, and other material centered on a specific region of Vathak. The content supports stories about heroic resistance, desperate survival, and faith twisted by sinister forces. It can be adapted for other regions of the setting or incorporated into different campaign worlds.
