A Phoenix Rising
The Council of Nine has not gathered for 24 years, leaving the Traditions divided in a strange and chaotic world. Now, a Tradition Convocation is called to rebuild the fallen council and choose the primi who will shape the Traditions’ future, though the Disparate Alliance and Technocratic Union have their own views on its return. This chronicle jumpstart explores the conflict surrounding the Convocation in the Southwest’s City of Lights. It includes background on the Traditions’ plans, perspectives from the Awakened factions, nine player templates, two NPCs, and several possible realities concealed within the unfolding events.
