A Plea From the Dark (Cogent Roleplay)
Nightmares and visions of the past trouble the town of Stonereach, where old stories tell of Zekash, a wizard who lured away many townsfolk years ago. Players investigate the town’s troubles as 1st- or 2nd-level characters, making choices that affect which interests they support and how the story ends. This open-ended horror one-shot runs for 2–5 hours and includes a new monster, a non-magical item, alternate endings, and suggested paths for revisiting the adventure in a later campaign.
