This primer introduces a space-opera setting in 2260 AD, two years after the Terran Liberation War forced the Reticulan Empire to capitulate. It outlines the human and alien empires, the Terran Borderlands, and the political tensions surrounding the newly ascendant United Terran Republic. The book provides a sample world, a Patron, and a news dispatch from February 2260 AD for use in a 2D6 science-fiction campaign. It also includes Reticulan character-generation information and statistics for small flying saucers.
