A Visitor's Guide to the Rainy City
A system-agnostic roleplaying setting and toolkit for a doomed fantasy city where the rain never stops. Wizards guard moldy spellbooks, gargoyles watch the streets, and strange inhabitants pursue their own schemes. Use the material as a complete setting or draw on its neighborhoods, characters, locations, and folktales for another campaign.
