Mutants live oppressed and rejected, uniting to pursue revenge against their enemies and tear down civilization. The game includes a setting guide, character creation based on ineptitudes and dysfunctions, and a brutal system designed for chaotic, violent stories. It also provides advice for running darkly comic sessions, three complete adventures, and hooks for creating further campaigns.
