A superheroic science-fiction campaign setting about teenage heroes from across a biologically diverse galaxy. Players create young recruits training with the Galactic Legion on an artificial moon orbiting 35th-century Earth, using new playable races, talents, feats, powers, weapons, equipment, and starships. The setting introduces new planets, forgotten asteroid tombs, space dragons, cyborg criminals, and other threats for galactic adventures, along with details on the Legion and its powerful guardians.
