Adrenaline: Chaos Cannon
Add a little chaos to the arena with a weapon that deals damage and marks targets in sight. A second target can also be marked and teleported to a randomly selected spawnpoint by revealing the top card of the powerup deck. If only one target is chosen, it either takes 1 damage and 1 mark, or receives 1 mark and may be teleported.
