Advanced Class: Hooded Terror
This supplement presents a d20 Modern advanced class for pulp-genre campaigns. The Hooded Terror represents masked or disfigured psychopaths who stalk from the darkness, using theatrical methods and grim equipment to frighten and torment their victims. It provides a framework for portraying an apparently inhuman menace concealed within an ordinary person.
