An optional rules supplement for a post-apocalyptic science-fantasy roleplaying game, expanding character creation and advancement. It includes 83 mutations, seven new races and two revised races, 100 backgrounds, 20 feats, expanded equipment rules, random technological artifact charts, and revised leveling rules. Mutations cover physical, mental, and plant abilities, while backgrounds provide a flexible skill system that supports roleplaying and character development.
