After Action Report: Lady Midnight
This after-action report documents Lady Midnight, a mysterious hero guided by precognition. She appears when needed with the artifact or ritual spell required to aid other heroes, then vanishes without seeking recognition. The report is compiled by the Watchers, an organization that monitors the world’s metahuman population, and examines her connection to Noir.
