After the Last Sky: The First Intifada 1987-1993
Sustain or suppress unrest during the First Palestinian Intifada, from 1987-1993. Two players use cards as operations or events to recruit and deploy units, control territory, foment protests, and manage international concern. The UNLU seeks to sustain protests, turn them into general strikes, and gain international intervention, while the Israeli government suppresses civil disobedience, builds intelligence networks, and maintains domestic support. Hamas acts as a situational faction that can assist or hinder either side.
