Against the Slavers
In the slums of Beggartown, a halfling family has been kidnapped, and the characters must locate the captors’ hideout, infiltrate it, and bring the family home. Along the way, they can recruit mercenaries, navigate local gang politics, and face deadly gladiatorial combats in the Chapel of Slaughter. Designed for four to six 2nd-level characters over two or three sessions, this adventure can be played as part of the Shadows of Riverton adventure path or adapted for another campaign setting. It includes details on Beggartown and its notable locations and NPCs, along with a new spell, drawbacks, magic items, and advanced gnoll opponents.
