- During the game
- Where your Status marker stands on the Score track when round 6 ends — everyone begins on space 20.
- Area
- Find your largest group of buildings all within Reach of one another; only the count matters, not their type or Power value. The largest group scores 18, the second 12 and the third 6. Players tied on the same number share the points for as many places as there are tied players, starting at their place, rounded down. At two players the non-player Faction takes a place here too, using the number on the revealed Area Score tile — it scores nothing itself, but it pushes the real players down.
- Science
- Score each of the 4 Discipline tracks separately: 8 points for the highest Status marker, 4 for the second, 2 for the third. A marker still on Level 0 scores nothing even at two or three players. A tie splits the points for that place and the ones below it evenly, rounded down. At two players the non-player Faction's Status markers take a place in each Discipline as well, scoring nothing but displacing the real players.

- Convert your leftover resources into Coins with Resource Conversion, then score 1 point for every 5 Coins.
