A Pathfinder-compatible NPC supplement featuring a neutral evil human sorcerer with a ghoul bloodline. The character specializes in necromancy and enchantment, using magical and social manipulation to influence the living and the dead. Twenty ready-to-use stat blocks cover levels 1 through 20, allowing the same foe to return at an appropriate challenge rating as a campaign progresses. The stat blocks can also be used independently as custom villains, minions, or other NPCs.
