Alien Generator

A set of tables and guidelines for creating distinctive alien creatures for a hard science-fiction roleplaying game. Select an alien group and physiology to establish its environment, basic statistics, and available trait slots, then roll tags for offense, defense, senses, general abilities, metabolism, and movement. Each tag provides descriptive details and mechanical effects, including attacks, defenses, environmental adaptations, sensory abilities, biological functions, and forms of locomotion. The included example demonstrates how the results can be combined into a complete alien concept and its game statistics.
