Alignment: A Basic Fantasy RPG Supplement

A rules supplement for the Basic Fantasy Role-Playing Game that introduces alignment as a way to describe a creature’s moral code, personal attitudes, and general philosophy. It presents the nine alignments—lawful, neutral, or chaotic combined with good, neutral, or evil—and explains how they can help define a character’s identity. Depending on the campaign, the GM may require players to choose an alignment, but alignment represents a broad range of personalities rather than strictly limiting a character’s behavior.
