Allegiance to the Emperor
Players become involved in a political struggle in Rokugan when Daniel Hatcherman warns that Sven Oldarsson is using royal forces to pursue a colonial power play. They investigate Oldarsson’s allies and activities, then work to thwart the mission before Rokugan is placed under foreign control. If the attempt fails, Oldarsson may be disgraced and arrested for misuse of royal forces.
