A supplement for the Shadowdark RPG containing more than 50 NPCs, each with a black-and-white illustration, brief history, goals, desires, and a stat block. Many NPCs also include a new magic item or piece of gear. Optional hireling rules and eight mapped, detailed lairs provide additional characters, equipment, and locations for adventures.
