Altruistic Attunement

This collection presents 50 magic items for 5th edition fantasy roleplaying games, including weapons, armor, trinkets, and relics. Each item is attuned by one character but gifted to an ally, who gains its benefits without using an attunement slot. The donor sacrifices one of their own attunement slots, while some more powerful items also require additional risks or costs to activate their abilities. The items can serve as rewards, campaign discoveries, or tools for enemies and allies whose abilities depend on trust and sacrifice.
