This superhero roleplaying supplement presents the story of veteran engineer Caesar Price, whose traumatic field test of a powered-armor project leaves him injured, embittered, and consumed by conspiracy theories, while his son Maddox struggles with the resulting family breakdown. It provides the background and material needed to use the Steel Soldier project, its characters, and related conflicts in the Amazing Universe Campaign or another superhero campaign.
