It provides complete systems for founding and managing domains, resolving domain conflicts, and running mass combat that mixes military units with heroic individuals. New Champion abilities grant veteran adventurers roles within lordly conflicts, and extensive referee guidance covers designing regions, settlements, ruins, lairs, and resource loci to support long-term play. Includes a fully worked example region usable straight away or adaptable to other settings, plus practical tables and tools to streamline play and reduce referee prep.
