The power of the Wheel of Law, a sinister force from the Realm Beyond, is spreading through the Shattered Empire. Its ally, the Red-Gloved Daimyo, controls much of the coast and permits the creature’s worship, while mind flayers continue to serve it. Players confront the growing cult and the madness threatening the empire.
