Set in the Indian Union’s sprawling megapolis of Mumbad, this expansion explores the political debate over whether clones should receive full citizenship. As elections approach, tensions rise between humans and androids while corporations and runners pursue their own interests. The set adds sixty cards for all seven factions, introducing new strategies, identities, agendas, assets, upgrades, operations, events, hardware, programs, and resources. These cards bring the city’s technological advances, social divisions, and election turmoil into play.
