A young orphan, neglected by his relatives and left alone after his uncle’s breakdown, discovers a hidden passage beneath an old shed. There, he accidentally summons an incomprehensible outer god and asks her to become his elder sister. The two begin living together in relative peace, while the child gradually learns the nature of the being he has invited into his home and the price of her protection.
