This supplemental book expands the cyberpunk world of Synestia for the Terra Surge rules, adding setting information, plot hooks, and new NPC factions. It introduces rules for achievements, faction and gamer-guild reputation, raid and PvP quests, and working with pick-up groups. New character options include an Anima Class Path, two Guild Paths, and rules for remaining guildless.
