Arcanum College
A fortified town on the Newmack Sea is home to a renowned college of magic, where young mages study under masters of the mystic arts. Adventuring spellcasters can improve their spellbooks and seek apprenticeships, while the rest of the party finds a safe place to rest, relax, and purchase arcane items. The setting can be used within the Filbar Campaign or added to an existing fantasy world.
