A data supplement for Command at Sea 4th Edition covering the ships, aircraft, weapons, and sensors of Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, and the Soviet Union during World War II. It includes more than 250 ships and 200 aircraft, with updated Russian and Dutch entries and first-time coverage of Finnish and Norwegian forces. The listings use the common Admiralty Trilogy format and include operational, projected, and hypothetical designs from 1939 to 1945. The 2012 Standard provides revised calculations for ship damage points; all ships in a scenario must use the same standard.
